This is my first posting on this site, so forgive me if this message has too much of a sales and marketing feel to it.   In any case, I've been involved with projects involving MCO's since 1999 and I think that the evolution of the internet, and in particular forums such as these, allow health care research scientists such as myself to effectively share ideas and initiate projects. 

In any case, our (Consultation Angelo Inc.  www.cainc.freeservers.com) latest success story involved the analysis of antidepressants, to find the place of in therapy of multiple classes of antidepressants.   In doing so, the managed care organiation was able to better visualize the impact of various classes of antidepressants on total patient costs.

Initial consultations (verbal RFPs - Requests for Proposals) are free and consultations are scheduled via email requests.

I wish this site continued success, as I believe it is the first of its kind.
